Kevin Gilroy
Board Member, Secretary
Kevin has been flying with PCF now since 2011 and is an Instrument rated commercial pilot. He received all his flight training right here at CRQ. He has flown as far south as El Fuerte, Mexico for medical missions and as far north to the San Juan Islands for vacations. He pays for his flying as a Sales Director for a medical company building Hybrid Operating Rooms. Kevin would like to build on and maintain a great fleet for all PCF members to enjoy.
Jeffrey White
Board Member, President, Chief Flight Officer
Jeff is the Chairman of the PCF Board of Directors. He is also a CFI and club aircraft owner. As the board chairman, Jeff manages the day-to-day operations of The Club and you can contact him directly to discuss club issues and concerns.
Michael Richardson
Board Member, Membership Officer, IT Systems
Mike has been an active club member since 2008. In early 2009, he stepped into a leadership role as a club officer before being elected to the board of directors in 2010. As an experienced IT systems engineer, Mike has significantly enhanced the club’s technical capabilities, contributing valuable improvements to its systems and infrastructure.
Victor Schneider
Board Member
Vic is a founding member of the club, and tail-dragger extraordinaire. Since the club's founding in 1999 Vic has been an indispensable asset to the club and our Oceanside operations.
June Hill
Board Member
June started flying in 2001 out of Oceanside Municipal Airport. She gor her CFI and CFII in 2005, & MEI in 2006 flying at Palomar Airport in Carlbad. After working as a Flight instructor in a local flight school for 5 years, she started flying with PCF in 2010. June has a BA / Teaching Credential and currently works part time as a Hair Stylist as well. Loves to instruct any rating and loves to fly out of Oceanside Airport. Can guarantee you will get more flight hours and less taxi and hold short times!!

Michael Richardson

Fleet Operations Officer
Kyle completed all of his flight training in the club and now manages the club maintenance and operations. He is also an active CFI in all club aircraft.

Carole White
Bookkeeper, Compliance Officer
Carole keeps all the books in shape for the club, the fleet, the owners, and the members. She's also the senior party planner and organizer of all fly-in activities!
